Bangladesh will be at the side of the Palestine Muslims like in the past. The persecuted people of Palestine have been going through a bloody struggle for the liberation of their homeland and al-Quds (Baitul Mukaddas) for a long time.Being overwhelmed in their struggle Israel has been trying to get a breakdown in the Palestine. Few of the leaders are confused with limited autonomy in a small part of Palestine. In the scope of the so-called peace talks, they are killing one of the real fighters of Palestine and continued to expand the Jewish settlement by occupying a new Palestinian territory. They even stopped humanitarian aid and continue stopping it to reach to Palestine.
In this situation, Bangladesh will work to establish the rights of the Muslims of Palestine and in the international forum they will express their position in this regard, said the Speakers including Prime Minister’s International Affairs Adviser Gowher Rizvi. They promised In a seminar organized by Russia-based organization United Muslim Ummah Foundation and the Palestinian Embassy held in the Six-Season Hotel in Dhaka On Saturday. Sheikh Mohammad Ahmed Hossain, Grand Mufti of Al-Aqsa or Baitul Mukaddas, the third Holy Mosque of Islam was at present as special guest.
Chief co-coordinator and Idea Maker of the United Muslim Ummah Foundation Majumder Mohammad Amin presided over the seminar, while Chairman of Standard Bank Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, Ambassador of Palestine Embassy in Dhaka Yusuf SK Ramadan, Abdul Awal MP, Acting Khatib of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Hafiz Mufti Muhibullahil Baki Nadvi and Secretary general of the United Muslim Ummah Foundation Dr. Kazi Erteja Hasan also were at present.
In the speech of the Chief Guest, Gowher Rizvi mentioned the good relations with the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and former President of Palestine Yasser Arafat said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had called upon the United Nations to stop the genocide in Palestine. Bangladesh regularly expresses their position in favor of Palestine in OIC. This will be continue in the future, he said.
Sheikh Muhammad Ahmed Hossain, the Grand Mufti of Al-Aqsa or Baitul Mukaddas, highlighted the importance of the history of the Palestinian state and the importance of holy Zaruzelélem. Expressing his confidence that he will continue his fight with the last drop of blood, he added that the condolences for the Palestinians, the Islamic countries including Bangladesh are admirable. He expects everyone in this fight to free the holy cities.
Chairman of Standard Bank Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed said, I have learned a lot at this seminar. He thanked the organizing agency United Muslim Ummah and the Palestinian embassy in Dhaka and promised to remain at the side of Palestine in the future.
Ambassador of Palestine Embassy in Dhaka Yusuf S. Ramadan mentioned the friendly relations of Bangladesh with the country and said that from the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to the present Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina always demand for the rights of the citizens of Palestine. The Ambassador expressed his gratitude to Bangladesh for this. Highlighting the horrors of the bloodshed of Palestine He expects the Muslim community in the world to establish their rights.
Secretary General of United Muslim Ummah Foundation Dr. Kazi Eteza Hassan said that every Muslim has an intimate relationship with Jerusalem or Palestine. Palestinians also love Bangladesh. That is why the unfinished biography of Bangabandhu has been translated into Palestine. He wants to do more work through the United Muslim Ummah to establish their rights and justice. He said that Sheikh Md. Ahmed Hossain, the Grand Mufti of Al Aqsa Mosque, will specially pray for the continuation of development in Bangladesh. On Sunday, the Grand Mufti Sheikh Ahmed Hossain will specially pray for Awami League to win again in the next election that is essential for the sake of peace and prosperity of Bangladesh. Beside this, he will go to Dhanmondi number 32 and to the shrine of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Tungipara. He also met Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the evening yesterday. Through this visit, new opportunities are being exposed between Bangladesh and Palestine, said Dr. Kazi Alertza Hasan.
The Chief Coordinator and Idea Maker of the United Muslim Ummah Foundation Majumder Mohammad Amin said that if 200 billion Muslims of the world work together for the Palestinians only then their liberation will be achieved. The United Muslim Ummah Foundation will work with this goal.
