1952’s Language movement carries great importance in the life of the Bengali nation. Although there were many films based on the Liberation War, a few films made based on the Language Movement. The Language Movement sowing seeds of independence that came from Zahir Raihan’s ‘Jibon Theke Neya’ and Shahidul Islam Khokon’s ‘Bangla’ film.
Meanwhile, the film ‘Fagun Haway’ directed by popular actor-producer Tauquir Ahmed based on the history of 52′ and inspired by the story of Tito Rahman’s ‘Bau Kotha Kau’, will be released at 52 halls on February 15.
Nusrat Imroz Tisha and Shiam Ahmed played the pair for the first time in the film. Also, Bollywood’s popular actor, Yashpal Sharma will be seen in a special character of the film.
In the meantime, the trailer and teaser of the film released on the Internet. Since then the film has created an interest in the people. Now the film campaign is going on in full swing.
The film ‘Fagun Haway’ is produced by Impress Telefilm, sponsored by Walton and distributed by Ovi Kothachitra, screenwriting and dialogue written by Tauqir himself. The famous actor Abul Hayat, Afroza Banu, Faruk Hossain, Saju Khadem, Azad Bridge, Hasan Ahmed and many more also starred in the film.
Tauquir Ahmed was introduced as director through the film ‘Joyjatra’ in the story of Amjad Hossain in 2004. The film has presented the story of the Liberation War. Then the films—‘Rupkothar Golpo’, ‘Daruchini Di’, ‘Oggatonama’ were much appreciated by the audience.
His last film ‘Halda’ also got a lot of response from the audience. In this film, the only natural fishery breeding center in Asia ‘Halda’ has highlighted.
In the context of the film ‘Fagun Haway’, Tauquir said, “The story will not only cover the incidents of 1952 but also focus on the love, humanitarian issues and comedy and the audience will love it.”
