Mashrafe diamond piece: PM

Bangladesh National Cricket captain, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, said that the Prime Minister and Awami League president Sheikh Hasina has mentioned the pieces of diamond for Narail.

On Thursday, the Prime Minister held a speech in the election rally in four districts of Rajshahi, Joypurhat, Narail and Gaibandha via Video Conference from its Dhanmondi residence. The Prime Minister called upon the people of Lohagara Upazila Awami League to participate in video conference on the occasion of Lohagora Government Pilot High School in Narail. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, candidate of Narail-2 constituency, was present at the video conference in front of the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister said, “As long as I live, I will be the MP of Narail. I will do what I need to do for the development of Narail. In 2001, I was elected MP from two seats in Narail. You won me. So I had a tension in Narail in the past, and will be there in the future.

Sheikh Hasina also said in the video conference, “After 21 years of the assassination of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Awami League came to power and took the country towards development. Bangladesh is recognized as a role model for development in the world today. Development of the country has been visible. But BNP came to power and established the rule of terror in the country. The killing of people was a regular matter of the BNP regime.

National Cricket Team’s ODI captain Mashrafe said, “The Prime Minister gave me the opportunity to serve the people of Narail. All of you will vote on boat marking with confidence in him.
