Dr. Kazi Ertaza Hassan holds a view exchange meeting with UK expatriate journalists
UK expatriates journalists of Bangla Post and Channel S have made a view exchange meeting with Dr. Kazi Ertaza Hassan. In the view exchange meeting the journalists said, ‘our mind fall in native country although we live in oversea. Vorer Pata group of Companies and Bangladesh Human Rights Development Commission chairperson, FBCCI director, Bank Credit Management Agencies Association of Bangladesh and Foreign Investment Association of Bangladesh President, founding president of Iran Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries, Bangladesh Sangbadpottro Porisad and Singapore and Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry senior vice president and Daily Peoples Time and Vorer Pata editor-publisher Dr. Kazi Ertaza Hassan,CIP, presided over the exchange view meeting. Before that, Dr. Ertaza Hassan visited the UK’s influential newspaper ‘Bangla Post’ office.
During exchange view meeting ‘Bangla Post’ chief editor and ‘Channel S’ managing director Taj Chowdhury, editor Barrister Tareq Chowdhury and news editor Ibrahim Khalil were present. The expats’ journalist wants to about Bangladesh’s present situation in the exchange view meeting.
Dr. Hassan said the present situation of Bangladesh is good. AL president and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is working relentlessly for the country. As a result country’s image is becoming brightening. They also dicussed about the PM’s birthday in the exchange views meeting. At present the country’s mass media is working freely. It wasn’t possible during the past government. It makes the expats’ journalists very happy. They said that there are many things in our country to feel proud in world arena. In UK there are three Bangali MP,s including Bangabandhu granddaughter Tulip Siddiq.
Dr. Ertaza Hassan said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina works for the empowerment of the women. Women are serving in various vital posts from Speaker, deputy leader of parliament in our country. Besides, there is policy to appoint one third women in job sector. Bangladesh Bank also indicated to set up day care centre for nursing the children. This decision came from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Dr. Hassan also added, Bangladeshi people don’t know what is Monga. Monga has sent to Zoo. Bangladesh is self-sufficient with food. People’s fundamental rights are now fulfilling properly.
