World Ijtema has not been postponed! The date of World Ijtema will be announced on the basis of the agreement of Tabligh Jamat and on the advice of the Bangladesh Election Commission. The circular said that a meeting was held in the home ministry’s conference room in the chairmanship of the Home Minister in the chairmanship of the Prime Minister on Monday to discuss the overall security of the upcoming World Ijtema and the two sides opposed by Tabligh Jamat. In the meeting, a six-member delegation of the central Shura member of Delhi, Maulana Mohammad Saad Kandhalvi, decided to move to Deoband, India soon to make an agreement between the two parties.
The delegation came to India from Deoband and decided on the basis of the compromise of the two parties and the date of the 11th parliamentary elections held in consultation with the Election Commission will be decided on a date for the World Ijtema.

The correct decision of the meeting is that the World Ijtema has not been postponed, on the basis of the agreement between the two parties of Tabligh Jamat and the date of World Ijtema will be announced after the Election Commission’s suggestion.
Senior Secretary of the Bridge Division, Prime Minister’s Military Secretary, Public Security Secretary, Religious Secretary, IGP of Bangladesh Police, DMP Commissioner, Bangladesh Awami League Religious Affairs Secretary Sheikh Md. Abdullah, Maulana Farid Uddin Masud, Maulana Mahmudul Hassan and representatives of Tabligh Jamaat and two senior police officials were present in the meeting.
