NCP won’t join JS polls sans implementation of July charter: Nahid

National Citizen Party (NCP) Convener Nahid Islam has categorically said that his party will not take part in the upcoming national election without the implementation of the much-talked-about July charter.
He made the statement while talking to reporters at Sayedpur upazila of Nilphamari on Thursday after offering prayers at the grave of Sajjad Hossain, who sacrificed his life during the July Mass Uprising.
