Bashundhara Khata distributes Braille books to the visually impaired

Education for everyone, dreams without inequality- With this commitment, Bashundhara Exercise Book, in collaboration with VIEW Foundation, successfully organized the “Braille Book Donation Program 2025” today at the Safwan Bashundhara Global Headquarters.

Through this initiative, NCTB-approved Braille editions of Bangla Sahityopath, Bangla Sohopath, English for Today and ICT books were distributed among visually impaired students who passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination in 2025. In addition, several educational and motivational activities were arranged as part of the program. The visually impaired students present at the event showcased their creative talents through Holy Quran recitation, musical performances and by sharing inspiring stories of their life struggles, leaving the audience deeply moved.

The program was graced by the presence of Yeasha Sobhan, Vice Chairman of Safwan Bashundhara Global.

Distinguished guests in attendance included Dr. Mozammel Hossain Khan, Vice Chairman, View Foundation; Ali Ashfaq, Trustee, View Foundation; Saiful Islam Shahin, Executive Director, View Foundation and Imdadul Haque Milon, Advisor, Bashundhara Group
Also present at the event were Md. Mustafizur Rahman, Senior Deputy Managing Director; Shahed Zahid, Chief Operating Officer (COO); Mohammad Masudur Rahman, Head of Division (Sales); Mohammad Alauddin, General Manager (Marketing), along with other senior officials of Safwan Bashundhara Global.

With the heartfelt participation of all guests, guardians and students, the event became a deeply touching and inspiring occasion, delivering a strong message of humanity and compassion to society. Bashundhara Exercise Book remains firmly committed to standing beside visually impaired students in their pursuit of education and progress—because “Bashundhara Exercise Book Standing beside every dream as it grows”.
