‘C-Mask’ to translate into 8 languages
|
![]() ‘C-Mask’ to translate into 8 languages Donut Robotics, a Japanese startup, has developed a completely new ‘Smart Mask’. This could be an example of how masks can be applied to other things as well. The Internet-enabled mask can send messages to a smartphone and translate Japanese into 8 other languages. Plastic ‘C-Mask’ can be placed on top of the normal mask and it is connected to the smartphone or tablet application through Bluetooth. The mask is only effective in preventing coronavirus infections when it is applied to another common mask. Donut Robotics will supply the first 5,000 ‘C-Mask’ to Japanese buyers by September this year.
