In the current context, a fair and neutral election is needed to restore democracy, said the party's standing committee member said. Abdul Moin Khan. He said this after paying homage to the tomb of former President Ziaur Rahman at Chandrima Gardens in the capital on Saturday.

Moin Khan said no nation on earth could stand up without democracy. Power can be shown in one -party rule, but human love is not found. That is why the BNP never believes in the politics of vengeance.
In the context of the elections, he said that in the current context, there is a need for a fair and neutral election to restore democracy. The BNP believes the country's independence and democracy complement each other. But even though the Awami League demanded independence, they destroyed democracy in this country. ”

Regarding the protection of democracy, he said that in order to restore the rights of the people of the country, all political forces should unite and to protect democracy.
