The interim government is creating one-time money, monthly honors, medical allowances, housing facilities and employment opportunities for the martyr families and the injured in the mass uprising.

Finance Advisor Salehuddin Ahmed has proposed to allocate Tk 1 crore 20 lakh for the martyr family and injured people in the next fiscal year 2021-27.

The finance adviser said this in a budget speech on Monday. However, the finance department has revealed that in reality they will need more money. For this, the budget allocated will be spent on the 'reserved' portion.

The Finance Advisor Budget also said that Tk 212 crore 1 lakh has been allocated for the martyr families and the injured in the mass uprising in the current fiscal year 2021-27. The allocation was made for the allowance, medical, grant and rehabilitation for the martyr family and the injuredThe finance adviser said that the martyr's family and the injured were not clear about the martyr families and the injured in the next fiscal year, but a policy will be formulated to pay the allowance to the martyr families and the injured in the mass uprising soon. In addition, necessary steps are being taken for the treatment and rehabilitation of the injured.According to the finance department sources, the interim government has already decided that the savings will be purchased for each of the families of each of the martyrs in July. The Ministry of Liberation War has set three categories called 'A' for the seriously injured persons in the mass uprising, 'B' for seriously injured persons and 'C' for injured persons. The monthly honors of the 'A' class may be given monthly honors of Tk 25,000. Those who have lost both hands/feet, lost their sight, lost their mental balance or are completely unable to do normal work - they are in the 'A' class.

5 people of the 'B' class can be given Tk 5,000 per month. Those who have lost or partially disabled are included in the 'B' class. And more than 3,000 injured in the 'C' class can get Tk 5,000 per month. Those who have recovered through treatment are in this class.

The first light was contacted yesterday by the top finance department officials to find out the explanation of the finance adviser to the martyrs and injured people. It is reported that the government plans to give a flat in Dhaka for the martyrs and seriously injured persons in July. In the Mirpur-1 sector of Dhaka, the opposite side of the police staff college and the place behind the Pallabi police station in Mirpur-1 area.

The 5 -storeyed 20 buildings will be constructed, the buildings that will have a flat of 1,220 and 3,000 square feet each. It can cost about Tk 1 crore. During the interim government, a meeting of the Government Purchase Advisory Advisory Committee held in November last year approved the proposal for the purchase of the project.
