Russia-Ukraine agreed to transfer the bodies of the dead soldiers and the dead soldiers

Russia-Ukraine agreed to transfer the bodies of the dead soldiers and the dead soldiers

Russia and Ukraine have agreed to exchanging new war prisoners and transfer of the bodies of about 12,000 killed soldiers. The decision was made in peace talks held in Istanbul, Turkey on Monday. The meeting lasted for an hour between representatives of the two countries in just the second phase after March 2022.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo ?an praised the meeting of representatives of Russia and Ukraine. He hoped Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukraine President Volodimir Zelnsky in the presence of US President Donald Trump in Turkey in the future.
However, Monday's discussion did not make any progress on the ceasefire proposal. Ukraine and its Western allies have called on Russia to accept the ceasefire proposal. However, Moscow says they want a long -term solution, not short -term break in the war. Kyiv, on the other hand, complains that Putin is not interested in peace.

The Russian delegation chief Vladimir Medinaski said the meeting was given to the representatives of Ukraine for the Moscow's terms for full ceasefire. He said, "A cemetery has been proposed for two to three days in certain places on the battlefield (front), so that the bodies of the dead people can be collected."
Both sides have agreed to transfer the bodies of the soldiers to six thousand. In addition, it was decided to exchange war in another round by giving serious injuries and young prisoners during the war. Earlier, after the first round of discussion held in Istanbul on May 7, a thousand were held in captivity between the two countries.

Acknowledging the draft of the peace agreement given by Moscow, Ukraine's Defense Minister and Kiev delegation chief Rusteme Umar said they would review the Russian draft. He said Ukraine had proposed further discussion by the end of June. However, they think that many things can be solved only in the direct meeting of Zelnsky and Putin.
Andrei Yarmak, head of the Ukraine President's Office, said the meeting had sought a list of children taken to Russia from Russia to Russia.

Moscow says these children were removed to protect the war. Russian delegation chief Vladimir Medinaski said the names of the children were named in the list given by Ukraine.
