Although there is no formal agreement with the junior Tigers, BCB announced to pay a monthly salary of Tk 1 lakh each for two years after the World Cup. Now, the cricket board made life and health insurance in the name. Khaled Mahmood Sujan, head of BCB game development division, confirmed the Young Tiger insurance, saying, "It could have been that they were not champions. In that case, some of the team members could get an opportunity to booked in insurance. Maybe four or five of them could have gone to first-class cricket contracts. Then they could have insurance. This is the first time, Bangladesh made insurance for the U19s.
