Having a base price of taka five lakh, the bracelet was bought for a massive price of taka 42 lakh by the ‘Bangladesh Leasing and Finance Company Association’, an association of financial institutions in Bangladesh. “We would like to give the bracelet back to Mashrafe again. The bracelet of our favorite captain will be with him. If the situation is normal, we will hand over the bracelet to Mashrafe by a formal ceremony,” said the Chairman of the buying company. Earlier, Bangladeshi all-under Shakib Al Hasan sold one of his bats for 20 lakh at an auction to fight against coronavirus. Mushfiqur Rahim has sold his first double century bat in the Tests at auction for 17 lakh taka. Besides, a few more players in Bangladesh have sold their favorite souvenirs at auction.
