Shakib’s Rockstar promises 10-track musical experience

Dhallywood superstar Shakib Khan is set to appear in a completely new avatar in the upcoming film “Rockstar,” directed by Azman Russo. The project is being developed as a musical film featuring at least 10 songs.

All the songs in “Rockstar” have been written and composed by young artiste Ahmed Hasan Sunny, who has also lent his voice to several tracks. The film’s music direction is handled by Zahid Nirab. As the story revolves around a music star, Shakib Khan will be seen portraying a singer, raising curiosity about whose voice he will ultimately lip-sync to.

According to sources, work on three songs has already been completed. Speaking to the media, Ahmed Hasan Sunny said he is currently unable to disclose details about the project, adding that the production team will reveal everything at the appropriate time.

Confirming the progress, Azman Russo said extensive work is underway on the music while shooting continues. He also noted that promotional activities for the film will begin soon.

The storyline of “Rockstar” will explore the journey of a rock star, highlighting struggles, personal conflicts, love, fame, and emotional highs and lows. The film’s soundtrack will include a mix of romantic, performance-based, emotional, and inspirational songs aligned with the narrative.
