The North and South Jubo Dal committees may be announced at any time.

The full committee of Jubo Dal Dhaka Metropolitan North and South is expected to be formed with dedicated leaders who maintain a clean and credible image—this is the demand of the time. Those who have proven themselves through long-standing struggles on the streets, sacrifice, and dedication will bring new momentum and strength to the organization through proper recognition.

To build a strong, disciplined, and ideology-based organization, there is no alternative to transparent image and committed leadership. Therefore, forming the Dhaka Metropolitan North and South Jubo Dal committees with dedicated, tested, and people-friendly leaders will play an important role in strengthening unity, effectiveness, and future leadership development within the organization.

In this regard, leaders who played roles in long anti-fascist movements are being given importance. Among the top discussions in Metropolitan South are former student leader and former President of Jagannath University, Faisal Ahmed Sojol; former General Secretary of Jagannath University, Omar Faruk Munna; former Convener of Dhaka Metropolitan East Chhatra Dal, Sheikh Khalid Hasan Jackie; Senior Joint Convener of South Jubo Dal, Abdul Gaffar; and Member Secretary, Robiul Islam Noyon.

For Metropolitan North, the names under discussion include former President of Dhaka Metropolitan North Chhatra Dal and former Joint Convener of North Jubo Dal, Mizanur Rahman Raj; former Joint Convener Aiyub Ali; former Joint Convener Aminul Haque Himel; Azmir Hossain; and Nasid Alam.

However, in the final discussions, Faisal Ahmed Sojol and Sheikh Khalid Hasan Jackie are being considered for the positions of President and General Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan South Jubo Dal.

Similarly, Mizanur Rahman Raj and Aminul Haque Himel are being considered for the positions of President and General Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan North Jubo Dal.

However, according to grassroots leaders, they want to see leadership with tested records and a clean image. They say that the party leadership seeks change in the country, and to achieve that goal, dedicated and hardworking leaders must take the lead.
